If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. Please do not send payment card details by email.

Website hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Its infrastructure processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Cookies, analytics and checkout

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools to this website. The site does not offer user accounts or collect payment details. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.

Retention and enquiries

Enquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records. To ask about your information or request deletion of correspondence, contact houserchiu@raehouser.com. Any request will be reviewed in light of applicable recordkeeping obligations.
